Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days of payment confirmation.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted express couriers, including DPD, PPL, GLS, DHL, and FedEx, depending on your location.

Delivery Times
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on destination and courier.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at a flat rate based on region:
- Czech Republic: €4
- Europe: €17
- Rest of the world: €25

All orders include tracking, and you will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Packaging
Each order is carefully packed in branded gift packaging with protective foam padding inside. Crystals and jewelry are placed in an organza pouch and wrapped in a roll of bubble wrap. Thin or fragile specimens are additionally secured in a hard plastic protective container to prevent damage during transit.

We ship worldwide.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will issue a full refund once the loss is confirmed by the courier.
If an item arrives broken or damaged, we will cover the cost of a replacement or refund at our own expense.

Customs and Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility.
